Gratitude for VIVE

I never knew how I was designed to naturally and easily eat and exercise. VIVE is a different way to think about how we can move to nourish our spirits, hearts, minds and bodies as a whole. 

I am loving my body and I am being freed from bad habits of not eating and not moving to get results. I have always thought that I had to starve myself to be the size and shape I wanted but I am learning that is not true. VIVE has helped me see how the basics work together to produce results that I never got on my own from just dieting.

I am SO THANKFUL to be able to walk with relatively no pain on most days.
I started VIVE in July 2015 hoping to relieve pain from arthritis in my left hip. After five months I am experiencing significantly less pain and actually have days where I am pain free. I have made progress strengthening muscle groups supporting my core and hip areas. I also am much more aware of proper body alignment and have stretches that I can do when needed. I am SO THANKFUL to be able to walk with relatively no pain on most days.

There is great camaraderie among classmates regarding our health.
I have been working out with Dee Ann for a year and have really enjoyed her classes. There is great camaraderie among classmates regarding our health. The exercises are challenging but achievable. She shares recipes and healthy eating tips, setting realistic goals with a long term view of nutritional health. She answers questions and is accessible to discuss individual issues. She shares research studies on exercise and nutrition. Her experience in the fitness industry makes her a valuable resource for those who want to achieve a healthy, realistic and fun fitness regimen.

At 53, I have less body pain and better flexibility than I can remember!
I started working out in my late 20’s. The VIVE program has changed the way I approach my workouts, and daily habits. Learning the importance of how you walk, shoulder positioning, and activating your glute muscles impact your body’s well being, and taking advantage of every walking step to maximize your body’s potential. At 53, I have less body pain and better flexibility than I can remember! It is true that you can’t out run or out workout a bad diet. I am learning how to correctly feed my body. Great information that I am sharing with my kids! VIVE is a program that takes you on a journey to life changes. Together with great instruction and support, you’re not left to figure it out on your own. Jump In! You will be glad you did!

VIVE is a great way to take care of yourself and feel better.
VIVE has been a great experience for me. Before I started taking this class I had lower leg pain and some numbness and feelings of restlessness at night. I also suffered with plantar fasciitis, and had lots of pain when I first got out of bed in the morning. Once I started taking the VIVE class two to three days a week, I was feeling better and eventually these pains went away. I feel better than ever and look forward to going to my VIVE class each week. Not only am a getting needed exercise but I am able to work out the tension I feel each day from sitting at my office desk and working on the computer all day. VIVE is a great way to take care of yourself and feel better. I highly recommend VIVE to anyone who just wants to feel better! VIVE has also made me aware of my posture and my eating habits all of which has also helped me to feel better!
