We Want To Help You

DeeAnn Dean

What makes me a unique human being is who I am. I am DeeAnn Dean, mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and neighbor. I live in Knoxville, but my home is Dellrose. I am a receiver and giver of 49 years of Truth and Love. In 1996, I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human Development. After 15 years in the health and wellness industry, I quit my job to figure out why I looked “healthy” and had passed all my “health” tests, but I did not "feel healthy.”

Since having my reality check, I have undergone quite a transformation. A nearly decade-long journey has brought me here to share what I discovered when I stopped doing what I was told and started listening to my body and asking questions like "Where does health begin?"

After wrestling with many questions about health, particularly during the last 5 years, I stand here today believing with all my heart, soul, mind, and body that health begins by remembering who we are and how we are designed to be deeply nourished by the love, truth, and beauty living in our relationships, and flowing through the connection we have with all Life.

I do not believe health is a result. Instead, I believe we are naturally designed to be “healthy,” and we can strengthen our health through daily practices that honor and nourish our individual and collective connection.

It's time to fill our spirits, hearts, minds, and bodies with as much Truth, Love, Beauty, and Goodness as humanly possible. Especially now, in a time when 88% of Americans suffer from diet-related illnesses and loneliness is at an all-time high. Clearly, we need more than information, programs, formulas, and good advice. We need each other to remember who we are and how we are designed. Only by doing life TOGETHER can we renew our understanding and revive our trust in Life, Love, and Truth. I invite you to join me in creating the space to discover how you are naturally designed to be healthy and Vive.
